This app is designed to help you track your progress on the fitness program "nSuns 5/3/1 LP". If you find yourself frustrated with Excel spreadsheets or scribbled notes, this app provides a convenient solution for tracking your progress.

Key features of the app include:

Easy tracking of your gym progress
Supports 4, 5, and 6-day nSuns 5/3/1 templates
Automatically programs your workouts, including weight progression and rep scheme
Incorporates accessory exercises
Includes a rest timer
Calculates your training max easily
